Abstract
Dimensions in evaluation of creative products: Dualism or bipolarity?.- an exploratory hypothesis, about the kind of construct that is formed by the assessment criteria of creative products, is contrasted in the present article. Ninety six designs, obtained from Inventive Thinking tasks were individually scaled (Method of Successive Intervals) concerned to eight criteria of creativity. Several factorial analysis (PC, PFA, MLL) were done with the correlation matrix which was obtained between the criteria and a multidimensional scaling (ALSCAL) of the matrix of dissimilarities among designs. Two dimensions of assessment, moderatly independent, emerge from the analysis; one related to the originality of the designs and the other related to efficiency of the designs.
