El tratamiento de la ansiedad generalizada por medio de procedimientos cognitivo-comportamentales

Abstract

Treatment for generalized anxiety by means of cognitive-behavioral procedures. In this paper today's tendencies of generalized anxiety treatment are analyzed. The therapeutic program used in a case that presented this problem is exhaustively described, reporting on the evolution of the patient since the begining to the end of it.
