Abstract

Current perspectives in the treatment of erectile disorder. In this paper, a historical review about concept, diagnostic and treatment of erectile disorder is made. Masters y Johnson, Kaplan and LoPiccolo's works are widely described. In the other hand, another subjects such as current incidence, evaluation methods and the influence of cultural values in its origin and permanence are analyzed.
