ASPECTOS DIFERENCIALES EN EL USO DEL TIEMPO ENTRE LAS MUJERES QUE TRABAJAN FUERA DEL HOGAR Y LAS AMAS DE CASA

Abstract

Differential aspects on the use of time between housewifes and women that works out. The study analizes the use of time in a sample of 540 married women (or living with a couple) residents in the community of Balearic Islands. We make comparisons among these women in relation to working status, comparing the use of time of housewifes and women that works out. We conclude that both groups undertake daily a double working day. Women that works out make one working day in the place they work and another one at home. Housewifes undertake two working days at home.
