Abstract
Nonmotor functions of the cerebellum. In recent years the functional approach to the cerebellum has changed. In addition to the well established motor functions other regulatory and cognitive processes have been related to the cerebellum. Both experimental and clinical research seem to support this assumption. In this sense, special attention deserve those studies involved in learning and memory. These non-motor functions are the aim of this review which considers that perhaps the cerebellum, as its name suggest, could be some kind of "small brain".Downloads
