Abstract
Effects of watching violent scenes on child aggressive behavior: The aim of the present My was to analyze the inmediate influence of justified, unjustified and neutral aggressive scenes on child aggressive behavior. The main focus was to point out the eventual different effects of watching various kinds of films on interpersonal relationships in children when participating in and solving a cooperative game. The sample was composed of 60 children of both sexos from 8 to twelve years old. The results showed a significant influence, of viewing violent scenes on different kinds of aggressive behavior during the solution of a cooperative game. It was also observed a positive correlation between the tendency to antisocial behavior and neuroticism and, between aggressive behavior and the time needed to solve the experimental task.
