Abstract

Psychosocial analysis of the programs of physical activity: evaluation of the temporary. The evaluation of programs it's possible in function of the temporary moments of collection of data, in function of the aspects to evaluate, in function of who carries out the evaluation, etc. In this work will consider two analysis techniques that will allow us to come closer to an aspect of the evaluation that has been obviated in numerous occasions: the time. The PERT, who began in fifty decade, implies the existence of a temporalización detailed in the one that the sequence and coocurrence of the actions of the program are verified. In fact according to this calendar approach they have intended evaluation systems. An intervention program, independently of the environment to the one that refers, is configured by a series of tasks or activities that are carried out in a certain order or sequence. An activity consumes a time and some resources, and, through PERT it is possible to elaborate an agenda that could organize temporaly the proposed intervention plan from relationships between temporal moments and activities. The PERT allows us to calculate diverse temporary parameters about the implementation of a program intervention. The technique of temporary compensation was developed specifically to be used in health attention. The application of the technique of the interval of time to a situation of optimization in the physical way to be able to compete better than the non maintenance in the physical way. To the user of the intervention they are offered two alternatives stage: I during the time t (it thrills of conti nuing staying or of not having the appropriate physical form to be able to compete) followed by the abandonment situation for not having personal autonomy. We consider the interesting applicability of this technique when the programs belong to the previous of training, and, also programs of training in function of the hour stratification and of the type of effort.
