Abstract

An approach to some metatheory in Social Psychology of Work. Recent works about Social Psychology of Work, inspired by several diverse "postmodernist" psychological trends, are subjected to analysis and criticism. A pragma-realistic, constructivist-operationalist and dialectic metatheory of labour is being set out.
