Abstract
Derivation of psychological functions. Derived stimulus functions is the referent used for describing new emergent behaviors and the transfer and transformation of functions in the experimental context of equivalence classes and non-equivalence relations. Within this frame, it is presented an actualization of the research of the last years, starting with the definition of relevant terms, experimental procedures and its relation with daily interactions and theoretical options. Finally, this paper focuses in some applied considerations involving cognitive activities (such as thinking, imaging, feeling, etcetera) either when they are evaluated as adaptative or when they are part of phychological problems.
