Abstract
Recall in real script-based activities: actions relevance and typicality. In this research relationship between script actions relevance and actual situations recall has been studied. First, script actions, and actions relevance on everyday service, were gathered from a participants group. Next, a different group was asked to recall experiences of their own w hich they experienced when applying the script. The results show a relation between action relevance and scr ipt interruption recall. This results can be understood as showing that relevance in scr ipt actions may underlie the inconsistency in the recall of script-interruptive, script-actions and script-irrelevant actions.
