Abstract
Data to define educational politicies and formation for employement in function of psychosocial characteristics of youths. The present work seeks to study the psicosocial profile of the Andalusian youths in function of its labor status, they are considered so much unemploied as emploied with ages between 16 and 24, males and females. After making a multivariate analysis the data show that, in fact, it exist two psicosocial profiles clearly differed in function of the labor status. The emploied ones get higher punctuations in the professional autoconcept and the unemploied ones get higher punctuation in the style of employment searching based on the active wait.
