Abstract
What are the expected skills of a student attending a PhD program, in Spain? The answer is important not only for the student but also for directors in order to rank different proposals. This knowledge can help students to program extra courses and can help directors to evaluate candidates. The method used to achive empirical data was to agregate the experience of 36 experienced directors. These experts belonged to all regions in Spain and worked in different psycololgy disciplines. Data was collected using Delphi method. Answers from experts were put in equal terms and were agregated using rank values. The total set of skills were organized in four groups for a more useful management.
