Resumen
Antecedentes: La integración de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la práctica de la salud mental representa una
transformación de la atención psicológica, ofreciendo nuevas formas de evaluación, intervención y apoyo. Pero
también introduce riesgos éticos y psicológicos sustanciales como la erosión de la autonomía, el sesgo algorítmico,
amenazas a los derechos digitales y la tensión en el juicio clínico y las relaciones terapéuticas. Se propone un marco
multinivel (PRISM) diseñado para guiar la integración ética de la IA en la salud mental mediante dimensiones
individuales, tecnológicas e institucionales. Método: Se realizó una revisión conceptual integradora basada en la
Teoría de la Autodeterminación, ética de la información, justicia de datos y directrices internacionales (APA, OMS,
UE y UNESCO). Resultado: PRISM articula cuatro principios (autonomía digital, transparencia afectiva, justicia
algorítmica y cuidado relacional) junto con herramientas prácticas, incluyendo indicadores de impacto psicológico
y una ficha modelo, para apoyar la auditoría ética y el bienestar digital clínico. Conclusiones: Un enfoque regulador
psicológico es fundamental para garantizar la dignidad, autonomía y sostenibilidad ética en la salud mental digital.
PRISM proporciona un puente operativo entre la gobernanza tecnológica y la práctica psicológica, apoyando el uso
responsable y centrado en la persona en contextos clínicos.
