Abstract

This paper studies the will in the event of an epidemic as a result of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, which declared the State of Alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19 which, although it has lost its validity after the end of its successive extensions on June 21, 2020, the debate on the possibility of its granting and authorisation continues to arouse interest.
