Abstract

In the following study, a legal analysis is carried out on slavery and trafficking in human beings, seen as a multi-causal and global phenomenon, which every day affects millions of people, violating their most intrinsic fundamental rights such as dignity and moral integrity. To better understand it, we will point out lines on the historical context that gives rise to slavery, to later follow up on various international instruments and comparative law that fight to combat this important scourge and will allow us to situate ourselves in the despicable practices of this scourge.
