Abstract

This collective volume arises in the context of the third centenary of the birth of Pedro Rodríguez de Campomanes (1723-2023). After the publication three decades ago of the main bibliographical reference on the enlightened Asturian, the monograph Campomanes, economist and politician of Carlos III, by Vicent Llombart, and twenty years after the publication of the collective volume coordinated by Dolores Mateo Dorado, Campomanes, doscientos años después, this volume brings together a series of investigations that allow us to renew our knowledge of the biographical trajectory of the Asturian and his extensive written production on legal, political, economic, historical and cultural matters.
