Abstract

This note reports an unpublished letter addressed to Jovellanos in January 1798 and shows his interest in collecting historical news, in this case related to Fine Arts as a contribution to the project of the "Diccionario histórico de los más ilustres profesores de Bellas Artes" by Juan Agustín Ceán Bermúdez.
