Dinamismo industrial en Hernani tras la crisis: análisis de las estrategias empresariales para la recuperación del tejido productivo

 RESUMEN

El municipio de Hernani, como otros tantos espacios pertenecientes a regiones de antigua industrialización, no ha sido ajeno a las grandes mutaciones sociales y económicas ocurridas en las dos últimas décadas, habiendo conocido una progresiva reestructuración de su tejido productivo. El presente artículo resume las principales estrategias adaptativas que, con mayor o menor componente agresivo, han sido implementadas por sus empresas manufactureras en respuesta a los desafíos planteados por el cambio industrial.

Dinamismes industriels á Hernani après la crise: Analyse des stratégies patronales (des entreprises) pour la récupération du tissu productif. La municipalité de Hernani, comme d'autres espaces faisant partie de règions anciennement industrialisées n'est pas restée étrangère aux grandes mutations sociales et économiques qui se sont 1 produites pendant ces deux dernières décennies, ayant subi, par conséquent, une progressive restructuration de son tissu productif. Cet article est un résumé des principales stretègies d'adaptation qui, avec des éléments plus on moins offensifs, ont été introduites par ses entreprises manufacturières en rèponse aux défis posés pour le changement industriel.

ABSTRACT

Industrial dynamism in Hernani (Basque Country): Analysis of the managerial strategies in order to recovery its industry.- The city of Hernani (Basque Country), as other areas belonging to old industrial regions, has not been indiferent towards the great social and economics mutations happened in the last two decades, and logically, it has had to readjust its industry. This article focuses the main adaptative strategies that, with diferent agressive components, have been developed by its manufacturing firms in order to reaction to the challenges implanted by the industrial change.
