DESAFÍOS DEL MODELO DE EMPLEO PÚBLICO TRAS LA CRISIS SANITARIA

Abstract

The Covid-19 health crisis has left public employment in a very delicate situation. The aim of my study is to diagnose the situation, four years after the pandemic, and to identify the best solutions for managing human resources in exceptional situations. When an exceptional environment arises in which agile and effective measures have to be taken, public administrations need to know what can be done to be able to continue functioning with a minimum impact on public services.
