Abstract
The use of information technologies in the Public Justice Service is aimed at efficiency and effectiveness in the resolution of proceedings. A justice system that can provide a quality response to citizens and that is fully accessible to them. In order to achieve this, the collaboration of the different competent administrations in the field, professionals and citizens themselves is required. To this end, Royal Decree-Law 6/2023 designs a body of technological measures and instruments and a list of digital rights and duties, with the ultimate objective of contributing to access to justice as a fundamental right and a central element of the rule of law.
