Abstract

Digitalisation is dramatically changing everything around us. It affects also the relationship between citizenship and Administration. The momentum is ideal to make this relationship evolve, but practice shows that magic recipes do not exist. After analysing some short-term initiatives carried till now in Spain, this paper proposes a bet on classic and structural solutions, based on organizational reforms and public employment, taking into account some foreign experiences
