Abstract
Billy Wilder is considered to be one of the best directors in History of Cinema. Billy was born during the beginning of the 20th century in Austro-Hungarian Empire. Furthermore, he maintained an important relationship with art and design. Notably, his important collection of contemporary art along with his friendships with the designers Ray and Charles Eames has created an interesting environment to analyze the interior designs, he has introduced in his films. This article depicts a journey through home and work places of 20th century American society.
