RESUMEN:
Este trabajo está dividido en tres partes; en la primera se estudia el concepto de peregrinación en la Biblia como alegoría de la existencia humana; en la segunda se establecen las bases de una teología de los santos, y finalmente, en la tercera se estudia la comedia hagiográfica sobre san Alejo, peregrino en su patria.

ABSTRACT:
This essay is divided into three parts: in the first one, the Biblical concept of pilgrimage is analysed as an allegory of human existence; in the second, the bases for a theology of Saints are established; and, finally, in the third, the hagiographic comedy about San Alejo, a pilgrim in his homeland, is studied.
