Open Access Statement

JACLR is committed to Open Access publishing system, ensuring free access to research results with maximum visibility for published works. This means that the journal provides unrestricted access to all its content from the moment of electronic publication. The entire editorial process, from peer review to publication, is hosted by the University of Oviedo, and no fees are charged to authors or readers.

The authors retain copyright of articles. As of volume 13.2 (December 2025) onwards, all content published in this journal is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. Previous volumes are licensed under CC-BY-NC-SA. Under the current license, works may be copied, shared, transmitted, and publicly displayed, provided that:

- Authorship and the original source (journal name, publisher, and article URL) are properly cited.

- They are not used for commercial purposes.

- They are not modified to create derivative works.

- The license terms and specifications are clearly stated.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors may self-archive their articles in the postprint (published) version on personal or institutional websites, provided that they include a link to the journal’s webpage and use the complete citation format. JACLR and its URL (https://reunido.uniovi.es/index.php/jaclr/index) are the only authorized sources for referencing the published version.

It is also declared that the ethical principles of research have been respected and that there is no conflict of interest.
