Abstract

In this article we will perform a cursory examination of the rites and symbolisms of the archaic marriage of early Rome and about its evolution, towards more simple formulas and therefore most used in the social roots. The process of progressive family instability resulting from the divorce and the emergence of new social customs, which crystallizes in the proliferation of unions in fact, unmarried couples, as background of a most current actual view of these joints in the international legislative landscape and, finally, their legislative treatment in the regional and State Spanish legislation..
