Abstract
The importance attributed to the conception by the Roman Law has been object in the last years of a conspicuous doctrinal production. The published contributions to the discussion, however, have not always led to a significant progress of the state of the question. In any event, it is possible to affirm that the Justinian legislator's orientation as regards the legal status of the one conceived doesn't differ from the results to which the classic jurisprudential elaboration has arrived..Downloads
