Municipal associations in cuba. recapturing the roman antecedents to face their future perspectives

Abstract

The present article offers an analysis of the historical origins, with roman base, and of the future perspectives of juridical implementation of the municipal associability in the Cuban municipalities. From the exhibition of their antecedents, especially those that come from the Roman Right, are thought to clarify the essential budgets that explain the nature of this institution like expression of the relationship among the categories republic, federation, democracy, association and municipality. In order to remark the current perspectives for their development in Cuba it will be made reference to the Cuban reality and the possibilities that open the implementation of the Guidelines..
