Abstract

In the last third of the 17th century, Asturias and his capital he had a few attorneys of the first level, not only in his juridical formation but in the bibliographical instruments for the production of his obligations, in the academic area, where they were teachers of a Faculty, and in the forum, coming to the jurisdictional organs, secular and ecclesiastically. Tineo Estrada and Fernández Sabido, born out of Vetusta, but inside the Asturias, one maliayo and another gijonés, developed all his activity as lawyers and teachers in Valdés Salas's university Foundation, beside exercising in the circumstances of the moment the judges' trade, for designation of the regiment ovetense. His shelves, which inventory accompanies, are a trustworthy testimony of the wide bibliography that they had in his private, supporting libraries of a mentality illustrated and opened in the most diverse areas of know, besides the solid foundation of his interventions as jurists, in the university Study and in the courts..
