Abstract
One of the most important difficulties in teaching in engineering schools is related to how to ensure the learning of knowledge and skills throughout a career. The authors propose a knowledge learning scheme based on obtaining from each subject in the curriculum, topics considered by academic experts as essential and integrating them into modules which a student must master without exception at the end of their course. As you advance in your career, modules are accumulated each semester and you will be able to take semester diagnostic exams until you finish your degree. This will allow the graduate to have a network of knowledge modules that he must handle fluently in such a way as to obtain a solid base of knowledge. In this way, he will be better able to successfully face national exams, admission to national or foreign postgraduate courses and in his possible work centers. The strongest justification for this proposal is that in Mexico, only an average of 60% of the applicants who present it accredits the national bachelor's graduation exam, at the proficiency level.
