Abstract

The identification between the regular recurrence of the census populi and the continuance in the censorial magistracy is one of the questions that with others, related with the lex Aemilia, we seek to analyze in this study, so we will be able to observe how the tradition has located in oneself plane, the interval inter census and the own duration of the censorial magistracy..
