Abstract
Emperor Constantino tried to reach the certainty of the right in thereal estate transfers, even in the case of donations. That is why, ina complicated constitution in the F.V 249, he stated some requirementsto publicity. Those relate to, first, the invitation to a wider rangeof people in order to guarantee publicity to the event. In particular,this included advocata uicinitate omnibusque. Second it also refuse totraditio in the presence not only of donors and recipients, but of thepersons that assisted before or those that wanted to be present duringthe transmission. And all this would be written in a document thatshould be inserted in the manures of the court, or where appropriate,the magistrate.
