Abstract

In this paper we will try to analyze the legal sources related to the limitation that the persons sui iuris suffered in Rome for his age, especially the men, examining the stages in which the minority of age was divided, to establish, which juridical relations could constitute and which was his responsibility for the acts realized. Also we will discover the projection of the Roman law in the historical Spanish law, with special reference to the Medieval Code (Las Siete Partidas) and, finally to verify the receiption in the Spanish Civil Code..
