Abstract

This research addresses the importance of strengthening the human condition of future secondary education teachers because it has not been enough to prepare them to favor the teaching-learning process. The need for teaching, another way of seeing the world, of offering service, respect for the other, the desire to share and contribute to the growth of others; of using reason and knowledge for evolution as human beings. The teacher training that is offered at the Normal Superior School of Michoacán aims to reorient the educational process to provide an education characterized by continuity, integrality, coherence, which allows to develop, in a multidimensional and holistic way, the teacher training of those involved. Under this logic, the construction of a permanent experience of growth, self -realization, of historical presence is valued; Where future secondary education teachers have the opportunity to train, that is, actively participate in the mission of self-educating, delineating their own personality and their own teaching. From this vision, it was possible to attend, not only the intellectual, didactic, ethical identity, contents and linking with the environment that demands the curriculum, but also, encourages learning by the human condition. Hence, one of the contributions of this research is the elaboration of teacher training strategies that enabled learning, improvement of the human condition and professional strengthening. In this sense, the development of learning attended problems that face in high school related to the human condition, these were a starting point for the exercise of teaching that the subjects in training implemented as an instrument of professional development and innovative element. Therefore, it emphasizes that the subject assumes a commitment in his formation not only to obtain greater knowledge, but to meet his potential that allow him to relate lovingly with him, communicate with others, learn to maintain harmony with the environment and seek Innovation in teaching. The process that was followed attended to the qualitative approach under the methodological design of action research, a fundamental tool that allowed the problems of teaching practice to guide the action collaboratively. Some of the results were: enriching the professional competences of students, learning collaborative work and interdisciplinarity as important elements in the teaching exercise; Know-be and learn to live in love. In addition, teaching is resigned, a shared responsibility and the spirit of service are assumed.
