Abstract
The construction of the ius naturale - we deliberately use the term " construction " , - is located at the intersection of numerous Hellenistic philosophical trends. Cicero can be considered as the main source of Roman law doctrine of natural law. Cicero is to be regarded rightly as one Roman thinker who conceived the Stoic natural law doctrine in the most consistent manner..Downloads
