Abstract

Memory of Publications of Roman Law year 2022 that we present has as main objective the compilation and presentation of the research works of Roman Law published throughout the year 2022, and whose authors have seen fit to transfer us for this purpose. The format chosen for its classification is based on the classic content distribution of the knowledge area -a) Person, Family and Inheritance; b) Real Rights and Obligations and Contracts; c) Procedural Law; d) Criminal Law; e) History, Roman Law and Reception- which allows the reader a more agile identification of the subjects and works.
