Using the criteria of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), all our bodies, as well as the collaborating team of reviewers, are formed without taking into account the gender of their components in order to prevent any type of labour discrimination.
We also promote the use of inclusive and non-sexist language. In this regard, we recommend reviewing the "Practical Guide to Inclusive Language and Gender Perspective" by the University of Oviedo:

We indicate the full names of the authors in all published works.
Likewise, Ería requests that it be reported if the original data of research takes gender into account, in order to allow the identification of possible differences. It is advisable to consider sex/gender analysis in research design, whenever possible and consistent with the topic addressed, so that the theoretical framework, methodological proposal, results, discussion, and conclusions can demonstrate the relevance of such variables.
