Resumen

El clima laboral docente es un constructo multifacético y relacional que describe la atmósfera, el ambiente y la cultura dentro de una institución educativa. Este estudio examina su evaluación en los sistemas educativos, destacando su papel crucial como factor clave para el bienestar profesional, la salud ocupacional y la calidad educativa. Se exploran las principales dimensiones del clima escolar, como el liderazgo, las relaciones interpersonales, la seguridad institucional y el ambiente de aprendizaje profesional.

La investigación revela que un clima positivo fomenta la autoeficacia docente, el compromiso laboral y el desarrollo del capital humano, mientras que un clima negativo se asocia con el estrés y el agotamiento profesional (burnout).  La evaluación se realiza mediante diversas metodologías, incluyendo análisis factorial exploratorio y confirmatorio (EFA y CFA), así como modelos de ecuaciones estructurales (SEM), aunque con limitaciones inherentes al autoinforme.

Se concluye que el clima laboral debe ser concebido como una construcción sistémica integrada en la visión de la justicia institucional y el bienestar. Promover climas saludables es una estrategia esencial para fortalecer comunidades educativas resilientes y sostenibles.
