Resumo

O clima laboral docente é um constructo multifacetado e relacional que descreve a atmosfera, o ambiente e a cultura dentro de uma instituição educacional. Este estudo examina sua avaliação nos Edussistemas educacionais, destacando seu papel crucial como fator chave para o bem-estar profissional, a saúde ocupacional e a qualidade educacional.

As principais dimensões do clima escolar são exploradas, como a liderança, as relações interpessoais, a segurança institucional e o ambiente de aprendizagem profissional. A pesquisa revela que um clima positivo fomenta a autoeficácia docente, o engajamento no trabalho e o desenvolvimento do capital humano, enquanto um clima negativo está associado ao estresse e ao esgotamento profissional (burnout).

A avaliação é realizada por meio de diversas metodologias, incluindo análise fatorial exploratória e confirmatória (EFA e CFA), bem como modelos de equações estruturais (SEM), embora com limitações inerentes à autorrelato. Conclui-se que o clima laboral deve ser concebido como uma construção sistêmica integrada na visão de justiça institucional e bem-estar. Promover climas saudáveis é uma estratégia essencial para fortalecer comunidades educacionais resilientes e sustentáveis.
