Abstract
The Visigothic forms are a collection of juridical formularies attributed to the Visigoth king Sisebut; in that collection 46 formularies of, mainly, private nature are collected. Of all of them, three are exclusively devoted to sale and purchase contracts. After the study and comparison with the Lex Wisigothorum (Liber Iudiciorum) of each of the three texts, it is concluded that they would not reflect the actual reality of the juridical praxis, due to both the small quantity of them (3) and the only partial link with the rules supposedly in force..Downloads
