Open Access Policy

OPEN ACCESS POLICY 

Magister is committed to the Diamond Open Access publishing system, ensuring free access to research results with maximum visibility for published works. This means that the journal provides unrestricted access to all its content from the moment of electronic publication. The entire editorial process, from peer review to publication, is funded by the University of Oviedo, and no fees are charged to authors or readers.

Works published in Magister are subject to the following terms:

1. The Publications Service of the University of Oviedo (the publisher) retains the proprietary rights (copyright) of the published works and encourages and permits their reuse under the license indicated in point 2. © Ediuno. University of Oviedo Editions

2. The works are published in the electronic edition of the journal under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Spain license (legal text). They may be copied, used, disseminated, transmitted, and publicly displayed, provided that: i) the authorship and the original source of publication (journal, publisher, and URL of the work) are cited; ii) they are not used for commercial purposes; iii) they are not a derivative work; iv) the existence and specifications of this license are mentioned.

3. Self-archiving conditions. Authors are authorized to self-archive their articles in their post-print version (editorial version) on personal or institutional websites, including a link to the journal's website and providing the full citation method for the work. Magister and its URL https://reunido.uniovi.es/index.php/MSG are the only authorized sources for correctly citing the editor's version in all article references.

4. Magister articles are preserved in the University of Oviedo (RUO) repository: https://digibuo.uniovi.es/dspace/page/visibility, as well as in Dulcinea https://www.accesoabierto.net/dulcinea/ficha2231

It is also declared that the authors have respected the ethical principles of research and are free of any conflict of interest.
