Abstract
The aim of the present study that we seek to approach, on the base of the opinion differences between PUGLIATTI and GALLO, of a side, and the full conformity and own conviction of FASOLINO, of other, it is to analyze, in first term, how in republican Rome it could be given to know that an individual was citizen, in the sense of if it was this a well-known fact for all, that is to say, if it was openly an accessible fact.
