Abstract

This article describes various methodologies applied in the framework in the teaching-learning process in Roman Law: 1/search for jurisprudence containing Roman Law sources in specialised databases 2/mock trials. Per formulas and cognitio extra ordinem procedures, and 3/several gamification activities (Kahoot, Socrative); all of this with the aim of favouring the acquisition and development of students' basic skills, their approach to legal sources and their motivation towards Roman Law..
