How to Cite
Abstract
Analysis of verbal and written communication - signs, signs and commercial signs - as a new legal institution protected by the praetor and the courts. Assessment of this relationship as a source of legal effects, in the commercial contacts of managers and commercial factors, of land and sea companies, of limited and unlimited liability, with their suppliers and customers, in classical Roman civilization.
