Abstract
The ius Latii like fundamental base of Lex Irnitana, like in case of Salpensa and Malaga, it raises diverse questions. Fundamentally it raises the incident of the ius Latii in the municipal organization of the Baetica and in the roman integration of Hispania by means of the ius adipiscendae civitatis per magistratum..Downloads
