Abstract
The object of the present work is the prohibition of the connubium prescribed the peregrini dediticii and but concretely of the peregrini dediticii ex lege Aelia, whose union more uxorio the Roman Law didn't consider iustae nuptiae, and its juridical consequences. This way, it will be about examining if the marriage among dediticii was accepted by Rome, if this marriage had juridical effects, and to what extent the dediticii could reach the Roman citizenship and consequently its marriage could be iustum matrimonium..Downloads
