Resumen
El objetivo es sintetizar de forma descriptiva la fiabilidad interna (Alpha) de instrumentos para evaluar el clima laboral docente, centrándose en la satisfacción y eficacia docente. Se siguieron las pautas PRISMA 2020 (Page et al., 2021) para identificar artículos en todos los idiomas publicados entre 2020 y 2025 evaluando la fiabilidad de estos instrumentos usando el alfa de Cronbach como indicadores descriptivos. El análisis de k=7; α=0,926, con heterogeneidad (I² ≈ 98,6%, Q p < 0,001), lo que limita la interpretación y sugiere que los resultados varían debido a diferencias contextuales (estructura factorial, longitud y adaptación cultural). Los instrumentos muestran en general fiabilidad media elevada, coexistente con variabilidad sustantiva; el α combinado se reporta como referencia orientativa y se enfatiza el IP 95 %. En futuras investigaciones se deberían incluir análisis de subgrupos y meta-regresiones para entender mejor las fuentes de variabilidad y mejorar la consistencia de los estudios o centrarse en un instrumento específico.
